The inspection focuses on dimensions, workmanship, packaging, and conformity to the agreed information. The customer is responsible for obtaining and shipping the samples.

Delivery

3–5 business days

Clock starts

The delivery clock starts after payment is complete and a clear requirement brief has been received. Samples, specifications, and inspection criteria must then be made available for the work.

  • Agreed practical inspection checklist
  • Photo record of the inspected sample
  • English PDF inspection report
  • Issue list and recommendation for the next sample or testing step

How this can expand

Who this is for

  • Buyers comparing a first sample or pre-production sample
  • Custom-product projects before mass production
  • Teams that need a documented sample review

Outside the standard scope

No laboratory testing, formal certification, multiple SKUs or batches, production monitoring, special safety or function tests, sample purchase, supplier request, shipping, warehousing, return, or consolidation.

Service conditions
